An Exciting Update on Vail Lodge, Val d’IsereOctober 1, 2019

Back in May we announced the launch of one of our newest projects, the fantastic slope-side Val d'Isere apartments, Vail Lodge, and we’re delighted to already be able to bring you some exciting news.

 

Vail Lodge was originally a renovation project to create in six stunning apartments. However, following some new developments we’re happy to announce that a full demolition and renovation will be taking place alongside the original project and the end result will be fourteen ski-in, ski-out apartments, all offering stunning views over the surrounding mountains from a fantastic piste-side location.

Apartments in this magnificent Val d'Isere development will range in size from 85.5 m² two-bedroom properties with a kids’ cabin room to a 207 m² four-bedroom penthouse, all beautifully designed with south-west facing terraces. Certain apartments will also have the option of a jacuzzi on the  balcony, which will enhance you mountain experience, winter or summer. Vail Lodge homeowners will also enjoy secured underground parking, as well as a private caves and ski lockers.

 

As always, owners have the option to be fully involved in the interior design process, working alongside our design team with a range of magnificent interior finishes to choose from. Vail Lodge is expected to be completed in December 2021 and currently two apartments have already been reserved.
